Our art programs act as a wonderful introduction to the creative power of art, and how the children can apply the creative process throughout their life. All our artwork is done on canvas and objects are used to make a collage using mixed media, watercolors, and acrylic paints. The child follows guided instructions while learning to work on the details, developing focus, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills and building confidence and self-esteem.

THE LITTLE YOGIS YOGA, MOVEMENT & MINDFULNESS CLUB
12 sessions
2nd Semester: Jan 27 – Apr 28, 2026
Grades: K – 5th
$325 (one time registration fee of $65)
Back by popular demand — and honestly, because these kids have grown up on the mat. The Little Yogis Yoga Club is a fun, confidence-building class where students learn movement, mindfulness, and real-life tools they can use at school and at home. We blend yoga games, stretching, breathwork, and short guided meditation to help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and feel proud of who they are.
Throughout the semester, students practice our “3 Powers”:
Power of Focus (training attention like a superpower)
Power of Self-Control (responding instead of reacting)
Power of Intuition / Listening (learning to trust their inner voice)
We’ve seen students from Kindergarten through 12 years old benefit from this work — and many have been with us for 2–3 years, with parents consistently sharing how it shows up in their child’s behavior, confidence, and calm both in school and in life
