Updated Uniform Options

We will do our best to work with families with hardship situations. Students in need of uniform assistance may fill out the following form and return to mary.miller@fastk8.org      Uniform Assistance Form

Shirts	~Cobalt, Light Blue, or Maize short sleeve and long sleeve knit polo shirts with embroidered FAST logo from Lands’ End.  Students in 6th-8th grades can wear black or white polo shirts with logo from Lands’ End. ~Cobalt dry-fit polo with embroidered FAST logo from Lands’ End only. ~Light Blue short sleeve or long sleeve oxford cloth shirt with embroidered FAST logo from Lands’ End only. ~*FAST Spirit Wear (sold by the PTO) / *except on announced required polo days
Slacks	~Khaki or navy uniform poly/cotton slacks (pleated or flat front). Must fit properly around the waist and hemmed so they do not drag.  Students in 6th-8th grades can wear black slacks. ~No cargo pants or any slacks with side pockets.
Shorts	~Khaki or navy uniform poly/cotton shorts. Pleated or flat front. Hem to be no shorter than the top of the knee and no longer than bottom of the knee. No cargo shorts.  Students in 6th-8th grade can wear black shorts.
Sweater/Vest	~Crew or V-neck cardigan or pullover in Maize with embroidered FAST logo from Lands’ End only.
Sweatshirt	~Cobalt sweatshirt with embroidered FAST logo from Lands’ End only.  FAST hoodies are permitted for Grades 6-8.  Fifth graders may wear hoodies beginning the second semester.  Any other hoodie sweatshirts are not permitted.
Winter/Fall Jackets-NEW	Warm jackets of any style may be worn outside only.  Fall jackets with zippers or buttons. This includes heavily insulated sweatshirt style jackets with zippers.
Fleece	~Cobalt fleece jacket with embroidered FAST logo from Lands’ End only. Grade 6-8 may also wear the black fleece jacket with the embroidered FAST logo from Lands’ End.
Socks	~Solid black, white or navy ankle, crew or knee-high socks. No logo can be visible.
Shoes	~Tennis shoes, docksiders, oxfords, loafers, and other closed shoes with heels less than one inch are appropriate. ~Sandals, slippers, and crocs are not appropriate ~Boots acceptable December- March.

Hem must be no shorter than three fingers width above the top of the knee.  Students in 6th-8th grade can also wear black skirts/skorts. ~Jumpers with embroidered FAST Logo from Lands’ End only.  Any of the approved uniform shirts must be worn under the Jumper. ~Knit dresses in light blue with embroidered FAST Logo from Lands’ End only.
