Welcome to the FAST FAMILY PTO page. We've listened and your PTO is working hard to streamline your online experience. Below are some of the changes you will see for the 2017-2018 school year.
Integrated calendar - PTO events and school sponsored events will all be on one calender and can easily be imported to your personal Google calendar if you prefer to do so.
Powerschool - FAST teachers, admin, and PTO will be utilizing the online tool "Powerschool." You will now be able to get all school and PTO related information in one place.
Membership tiers - You will have various options for membership levels to decide what membership level will best fit your family's needs.
Online purchasing - You can pay membership dues, make donations, and purchase spirit wear online.
Directory - Within Powerschool, you will have the option to add your information to a directory, which only FAST Powerschool users have access to. This will be a great tool for connecting with other parents and students.

Mandatory Training Instructions
To keep in compliance with State Law and best practices, for the 2017-2018 school year, we will require that all persons interested in volunteering in the Fulton County School District to re-register/register (even if a person has completed an application in the past) by completing the new online volunteer registration/application process. The training and application process takes about 10-15 minutes. Please note, since FAST is not listed as a school option, parents can select their home school or select all schools in the event they have kids in multiple schools.In accordance with State Law, all volunteers must be current with the Child Abuse Reporting Protocol Training before being allowed to volunteer in any Fulton County school. It is very important that volunteers enter their full legal name as it appears on their government issued ID (please do not use nicknames or “goes by” names on the application).

Once complete, please print out and sign the form and return to the front desk staff at FAST.

For FAST’s second school year, the Parent-Teacher Organization has combined its annual membership drive with a check writing campaign. This campaign will replace any other fundraising sales (i.e. wrapping paper) or Fun Runs that usually happen throughout the school year. This one-time ask for a financial contribution for the PTO is in response to feedback received from a parent feedback survey after last year. Your donation directly funds the PTO-sponsored classroom programs that benefit our students, staff and school! A separate campaign will be held to fund the playground.
